  • Can I specify the areas I want to be cleaned?
    Yes! Our service is fully customizable. When you make an appointment with us, there is a section for you to describe what cleaning tasks you would like us to focus on or to provide other details we should know before coming.
  • How long of an appointment should I book?
    There are brief guidelines in the service descriptions/details on our booking page. For more information or specific questions/request, please email us (tidytrojans@gmail.com).
  • How and when do I pay?
    We accept payment through Venmo (preferred) but can – on rare occasions – accept Zelle if Venmo isn't an option for you. The cleaner will request payment from you at the end of the service. If you have any additional questions about our payment options, please feel free to contact us.
  • If I want to tip the cleaner, how do I do that?
    First of all, tips are completely optional and not expected – our cleaners are compensated very well and don't rely on tips as income! However, tips are always appreciated for a job well done. There will be a pop-up with tip options when you pay us through Venmo! 100% of all tips sent through here will go directly to the cleaner. If you would prefer to tip the cleaner in cash, that is an option as well.
  • Does the cleaner bring cleaning supplies or do I have to provide them?
    Our cleaners come fully equipped with everything needed for a standard clean. This includes a vacuum and mop. However, if you would prefer us to use your cleaning supplies, please let the cleaner know at the time of service!
